In recent years, more and more families have chosen to switch from gas stoves to induction, radiant, or halogen cooktops. Compared to radiant or halogen cooktops, induction cooktops ensure greater energy efficiency, allowing for savings of around 30%. Compared to a classic gas stove, the advantages are numerous both in terms of heat dispersion (less than 10% for an induction cooktop) and in terms of environmental impact since there are no CO2 emissions. Additionally, a significant advantage is the ease of cleaning an induction cooktop compared to a gas stove and better temperature control, which guarantees much faster cooking. Compared to cooking on a gas stove, with a domestic induction cooktop, water boils in half the time, saving both energy and time!
